RT630 - Phenolic Paper Tube

RT630 is a fine machining grade with excellent electrical properties and moisture resistance. It has good dimensional stability and resists splitting. Typical applications include fuse tubes, coil forms and supports. RT630 also complies with MIL-I-24768/10, Type PBE and ASTM D709 Type I Grade XXX. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

RT630 (NEMA XXX) is composed of cellulosic paper reinforcement combined with a phenolic resin system. RT630 meets the requirements of MIL-I-24768/10, Type PBE, and is designed for electrical and mechanical applications. RT630 is suitable for inserts, bushings, washers, rollers, spacers, insulators, rotor sleeves, guide tubes, and processing rollers.
