RT610 - Phenolic Paper Tube

RT610 is a paper phenolic tube with fair electrical properties in dry conditions. It has good impact, tensile and compressive strength. Typical Applications are in switchboards, relays and other parts that require good machining characteristics. RT610 also complies with MIL-I-24768/12, Type PBM, ASTM D709 Type I Grade X and IEC-61212-3-1 PF CP 21.

RT610 (NEMA X) is composed of paper reinforcement combined with a phenolic resin system. RT610 complies with MIL-I-24768/12, Type PBM requirements, and is designed for general purpose mechanical applications. This environmentally sensitive product is not recommended for high humidity conditions, but is suitable for inserts, bushings, gaskets, washers, rollers, collars, spacers, sleeves, insulators, guide tubes, and processing rollers.
