RT342 - Phenolic Cotton/Linen Tube

Fine weave canvas phenolic material with fabric construction weight intermediate to RT310 and RTB320. RT342 is designed for better machining than grade RT310 and lower cost than RTB320. It also complies with MIL-I-24768/16, Type FBM and ASTM D709 Type II Grade C.

RT342 TDB

RT342 (NEMA C) is composed of a medium fine weave cotton fabric reinforcement combined with a phenolic resin system. RT342 complies with the requirements of MIL-I-24768/16, Type FBM, and is designed for low voltage electrical and mechanical applications that require better machining than RT310. RT342 is suitable for cams, gaskets, flanges, rings, collars, sleeves, pillow blocks, brake lining, timing wheels, light duty gears, journal and other bearing applications, and thrust washers.
